It Doesn't Matter Where You're Located

We coach in person, by phone, and through email. We offer face-to-face meetings if you're located in the Baltimore, Maryland-Washington, DC areas.

If you're located outside those areas, we conduct our meetings by phone and email.

It isn't necessary to meet in person. In fact, some of our local clients meet with us once in person, and the rest of our communication is by phone and email.

Our Approach Is Unique

We have about 50 years of speaking and coaching experience between us. We constantly research the field of public speaking for relevant and useful strategies and techniques that can benefit you.

You have mild to severe public speaking anxiety if you have one or more of the following symptoms.

Together We Get to the Root Cause of Your Fear

We know your anxiety hurts. It drains you emotionally, and it may get worse. Maybe you cope by clenching your teeth while standing before your audience, secretly wishing you were somewhere else, anywhere else.

Perhaps you avoid speaking at all costs. If so, you've become creative at this. You find ways to get others to speak in your place. You suddenly become "sick," or you just don't show up. Then you feel guilty.

What is this doing to your career or your business? How does this affect your confidence and your emotional well being?

1. Specific fears from a lack of presentation skills

We send you a video and audio of the No Sweat Speaking™ System to make sure you know how to apply the process. Then, we meet with you for the first session if possible, but it's not necessary to meet in person. We continue meeting in person or by phone, and by email.

For Presentation Skills Coaching...

We meet with you in person. If we can’t meet, you can send us a video or audio of your presentation. We evaluate your performance and assist you in achieving your objectives. We also can coach you without seeing your performance.

What Is Your Investment for Performance Coaching?

For Eliminating Speaking Fear and Performance Blocks...

Your investment will depend on what you want to accomplish. Usually, for assistance in reducing or removing speaking fear, speaking anxieties, or other performance blocks, your investment is the same if it takes 9 minutes or 9 hours.

Typically you should achieve success in 9 hours or less. If you achieve your objectives in less than 9 hours, you may use the balance of time for presentation skills coaching.
