Toastmasters
International (TI)
TI is the #1 organization dedicated to helping its members
improve their speaking, listening, thinking, and leadership skills.
At Toastmasters, members learn by speaking to groups and working
with others in a supportive environment.
A typical Toastmasters club is made up of 20 to 30
people who meet once a week for about an hour. Each meeting gives
everyone an opportunity to practice: (1) conducting meetings, (2)
giving impromptu speeches, (3) presenting prepared speeches, and
(4) offering constructive evaluation.

Toastmasters
International—District 18
TI's District 18 serves the Maryland-Delaware area, including
parts of Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. It has about
91 Toastmasters International clubs and about 1,700 members.

Toastmasters
International—Randallstown Network Toastmasters Club #6805
This Toastmasters Club began in January, 1988. The Club
meets in Pikesville, MD at the Springhouse Manor Care Assisted Living
facility on the first, third, and fifth Wednesdays of each month
from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. The club is one of the leading clubs in
Toastmasters International. It is the one to which Allan and Allan
belong.
As a member of Toastmasters, you learn by doing,
observing others, and from periodic educational sessions that members
deliver. Every six months, the club has speech contests: the humorous
speech contest in the fall and the inspirational speech contest
in the spring. The latter ends with the recognition of the World
Champion of Public Speaking. The Club is proud to have as one of
its members, the 1999 World Champion of Public Speaking, Craig Valentine,
who is now a professional speaker.

Toastmasters
International—Area 35 District 70 Australia consists
of three clubs which provide a service to the communities of Raymond
Terrace and the Tomaree and Tillegerry Peninsulas of the Port Stephens
Local Government area. The three clubs consist of:
- Twin Rivers at Muree Golf Club, Raymond
Terrace
- Tomaree at Nelson Bay Bowling Club
- Port Stephens at Salamander Bay Community Centre
